Lionfish Bites & Beats brings the community together to tackle an important marine conservation challenge—one delicious bite at a time. This twice-yearly HydroSoul event combines great food, live music, and community connection while shining a light on the threat invasive lionfish pose to Caribbean reefs.
What began as a community event has become part of HydroSoul's regenerative approach to conservation. By turning an environmental problem into an enjoyable community experience, Lionfish Bites & Beats helps generate support for the people, training, and conservation programs working to protect Grenada's marine environment.
